Faux Bois Decor Relies On 3d Interior Rendering

By Virginia King

Natural material for interior design is not the cheapest. Sometimes people opt for pieces made from synthetic material because of cost or some other reason. Faux bois decor, when translated, is false wood. This can be a great substitute for a wooden table. Have you ever been somewhere and you saw a beautiful wooden piece, and upon enquiring about it found out that it was actually concrete. It's a cool way of creating the look with actually having to use the real 3d interior rendering itself.

This is a method that was invented in the 1900s by the French. People who were working with a stone during that era are the ones who first thought of this technique. Nowadays, this method of crafting is generally used for all kinds of household furniture or decorative pieces. In 1900, this method was known to the stonemasons as ferrocement. This was a method that was used to create all kinds of things such as planters, wire mesh, and furniture.

As previously highlighted, this method is now used in many parts of the world. So much so that one can find it in Texas. Despite it originating from France, the method and artistic manner in which this is executed varies, depending on where it is being done. This is the same for Texas too, as they have their own method, one they refer to as el Rustico. El Rustico means rustic work. This is a very apt name for their method as the pieces it produces are highly detailed.

El Trabajo Rustico focuses on features such as the features of a branch. Should it have any shedding on the used mold, then they will capitalize on this by highlighting this feature. The objective is to create equipment with a rustic feel as well as to create a unique item that does not replicate the authentic equipment. This method can be utilized to create objects that appear to be grazed from real wood. It is a type of sculpting that is seemingly working for people.

The derail work is not lost on the painting as even that is done in a manner that highlights the most organic features of a branch or bark. Different but similar colors are used in order to achieve the appearance that is sought after. In order to capture the realisticness of an actual wooden piece, you ll find the professional working on the piece will go as far as including broken branches and wormholes. The creator of El Trabajo Rustico was made by a man named Dionicio Rodriguez, who was Mexican.

His work is extensive and can be found in areas like Arkansas, New York City, Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, and other places. If you want to see the best of his work his most famous works are San Antonio Texas. Because of an artist like this, these pieces don't come cheap. Especially the antique pieces. It's an industry that very much alive and has its own rich history.

The are two types of techniques. The one mentioned already is called faux painting. Which is creating a finish with paint that looks like real wood. The other one is faux graining which involves creating the wood grain on a surface instead of paint. When touched you can feel the similar grain feel of wood. The attention to detail is what makes this technique so popular.

The number of works to choose from are bountiful and it all boils down to what you want. Since this is an artwork, it would be best to just enjoy the experience.
