However, you can avoid this by ensuring that you go to bed early everyday. This might be a big thing for some people, given that you might feel that you have a lot of things to get done. But set a regular sleep schedule and try to stick to it. You will be feeling invigorated after short period of time.

Manage stress in your life. Stress will live you with lack of concentration and your thoughts will be racing most of the time. This will even interfere with your sleep. Make sure that you eat small meals throughout the day and avoid diets that are to strict on calories.

You need to stay hydrated throughout the day. Your body is made up of water, so you need to supply it with adequate water. This is especially if you live in a hot area or you generally sweat a lot. Sip water throughout the day, especially when you feel thirsty.

Overworking can also leave you feeling drained and tired. To minimize chances of this happening, you have to decide what is important for you to do. Then prioritize these things and concentrate on them. Everything else you can delegate to other people. This way, you will have quality of life but still get things done.

Stay away from added sugar. What it does is that it spikes your blood sugar level. This causes a huge amount of insulin to be released in your blood stream. The insulin will then lower your blood sugar. When this happens, you will be left feeling energized one minute and feeling drained and tired after some time.
