There are billions of Christians all over the world. Unfortunately, millions of them are unfit. They are struggling with overweight and obesity. That is the reason why there is a high demand for the best Christian women fitness program. As a believing woman, it is important to achieve ultimate body fitness the Christian way. The Holy Bible lays down the path to salvation. It also lays down the path to ultimate health. As a matter of fact, healthy women will result to a healthy church. Such a church will be vibrant and will easily spread the good gospel to the four corners of the world.

Of course, spirituality should come above everything else. It should be right at the center of the life of a believer. The Scripture says clearly that both the food and the body will be destroyed. The spirit will remain forever. Being spiritual is vital. However, that does not mean that a believer should ignore the need to be very fit.

Spiritual health will be attained through reading the Bible and applying biblical messages in day to day life. For optimum spiritual health, a believer needs to pray on a daily basis. She should also fast a number of times in a year. Congregating with other believers a number of times in a year will also help with growing the spiritual health of an individual.

The path to achieving spiritual health will be much easier if an individual is physically well. Someone who is sick because of a disease will spend a lot of time in pain and suffering. That will make it hard for her to find time for the matters of the spirit. The road to physical fitness starts by being physically fit.

As a matter of fact, fitness starts with losing weight. If one is overweight, she is at a higher risk of contracting lifestyle diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. As a matter of fact, heart disease is the leading cause of preventable death in the United States of America. That is also the case in other countries.

The number one cause of lifestyle diseases is leading a sedentary lifestyle. Believers need to desist from sedentary habits such as watching TV for too long and playing video games for many hours. Instead, they should spend more time outdoors meeting with other believers, converting unbelievers as well as playing sports such as football, basketball, hockey, and swimming.

A believer who thinks she is unfit needs a fitness program. It will be good to have a program that has been custom made for personal needs, tastes, and programs. Actually, the program in question will involve exercising on a regular basis. However, one should not exercise all the days of the weeks. There should be resting days to help the muscles to recover.

The essence of Christianity is morality. Without morality and righteousness, it will not be possible to go to heaven. Instead, an individual will end up in hell. If one is righteous, fit, and responsible, she will have a good life awaiting an even better life in heaven. The believer, who is unfit, will easily fall ill and that can make life to become a living hell.
