The place is also suitable for fishing activities. With lots of fish species in the water, the site is known for angling activities going on. Countless anglers are showing up daily to catch fish in specific points. The authorities suitably manage the river in such a way that anglers and paddlers do not collide.

There are plenty of historic sites that also act as some of the primary sources of attractions in the area. There are civil war imprints through the Kingston Springs. Federal troops were camping along the rivers several years ago. The forces oversaw the construction of some of the major infrastructures in the area, including the Nashville and Northwestern Railroad.

You can camp near the river. In some parts of the beaches, you can enjoy a picnic with your family. You need to choose the most appropriate space with no disruptions. It does not matter if you are an experienced camper or not, you will find a myriad of chances for camping in the area.

Being a class 1 waterway, it is appropriate for beginners and advanced paddlers alike. Visitors are allowed to bring their kayaks and canoes. Therefore, it is not compulsory that they have to rent the ones available at the beaches. The rentals and trip information will be provided by the local outfitters in and around the area.

Then there are plenty of wildlife sceneries too. Do not forget your camera when going to this place. There are plenty of exotic animal species to capture for future viewing. From frogs to birds, you will come in contact with some of them as you cruise down the waterway.
