Each person has a different way to overcome adversities depending on their nature and his capability. Here are tips worth considering in an attempt to conquer these challenges.

Physical adversaries manifest in the form of disability or injuries affecting body parts like eyes, skin, ears, hands, legs and such vital organs. This leaves you incapacitated. You need to recognize the existence of such challenges and take a positive step like learning sign language, purchasing a wheel chair, procuring glasses for blind persons or hearing aids, etc. These are steps that will bring you closer to your desired position. Mental challenges will hinder you from progress in life. Autism, depression, stress, hyperactivity and such mental situations should be dealt with.
